Fix for PlayAll option when menu spans over several pages
...
As the PlayAll button will be on top of every menu page, the total number
of buttons will be more than the available titles. Before, this only
worked for menus containing one page.

Fixed play_all dvd code.Successfully created DVD with playall option enabled and disabled.'Play All' plays all titles then returns to the menu.Titles play then preform user defined action.
